Medfield rentals

One of the state's more wealthy towns, the Town of Medfield is home to just over 12,000 people that borders Norfolk and Dover. This Norfolk County locale is 17 miles southwest of Boston and is known for a host of local attractions and annual community events.

Attractions here include Hinkley Pond, a public swimming area and playground on Green Street named after Medfield native Stephen Hinkley, who lost his life while fighting in the Vietnam War. Medfield is also known for the historic Peak House, a home that was destroyed by fire during King Philip's War in the late 1600s. The home was rebuilt four years after it burned, and in 1924 the town historical society restored it to its original state of grandeur. The Peak House is now open to the public for tours on select days during the year, and is included on the National Register of Historic Places.

A two-bedroom, one bath apartment on Green Street lands its residents in the heart of the town, with Medfield Center, a number of shops and restaurants, the local library and a Starbucks just a leisurely saunter away! This pad features a kitchen overlooking a spacious back yard with an attached sun room, and large windows in the living room afford sweeping views of Hinkley Park right across the street. Three of the local schools are less than a mile away from this rental.

On Mill Street a recently advertised 2,400 square-foot apartment with four bedrooms and three baths is situated within a custom-created modern ranch-style home on just over three acres. This home has an open floor plan adorned with cherry hardwood floors, granite counters and a wall oven to compliment the stainless steel range. The living room is the perfect place to unwind with its working fireplace, as is the screened in front porch, fit for kicking back on a cool summer night or a sunny Sunday morning. Adding to the draw of the master bedroom is a private bath with a double vanity and beautifully tiled shower. A three-room in-law space boasts a separate living room and entryway, as well as an additional bedroom and full bath.

A Pine Street apartment of the same size within a multi-family structure offers picture windows to let in lots of natural light. This living space is also equipped with a fireplace to add an element of comfort to this dwelling.
