Condos at Hamilton Bay have one- and two-bedroom floor plans, and every unit is equipped with the latest in modern amenities. Entertainment is readily available with high-speed Internet connections and cable television. Large closets and access to additional onsite storage make organization a breeze. The 168 units offer expansive views that include the marina bay and the Boston skyline, so there's always something beautiful to see.

The laundry rooms located on every floor of the Hamilton Bay building give everyone access to washers and dryers with less wait time than in a traditional communal laundry facility. An elevator is available to provide quick access to these and other amenities within the building.

Outside the seven-story complex, tenants can spend the morning playing tennis or enjoy an afternoon by the pool. Either option offers an opportunity to get in a good workout before heading to the resident clubhouse to socialize with other tenants. For those who prefer to exercise indoors, the fitness center provides access to machines and equipment right in the building, so residents don't have to join a gym if they want to stay fit.

Parking for both bicycles and cars is included in the rent at Hamilton Bay. Covered and surface parking is available to ensure that tenants always have a safe place to leave their vehicles. Controlled access to the building provides an added layer of security. Even pets enjoy the inviting atmosphere at Hamilton Bay. Owners can check with the management to make sure that their companions meet the restriction requirements. Then everyone can settle in and relax at this chic, comfortable location.

Located only 10 miles from the heart of Boston at 175 Quincy Shore Drive, the seven-story, 168-unit brick-and-mortar Hamilton Bay offers residents community amenities that are virtually nonexistent at similar complexes even in the City of Boston. The I-93 Southeastern Expressway is just one-half mile away, and the North Quincy Red Line MBTA station is easily within walking distance.

Each carpeted, air-conditioned one- and two-bedroom residence features a private balcony and high-speed Internet and cable access. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. In addition to plenty of in-unit closet space, there's extra storage available on site, so there's no need to be concerned about overcrowded living quarters.

One-bedroom, one-bath apartment options include the 865-plus-square-foot plan for $1,550 per month and the 874-plus-square-foot plan for $1,750 per month. Two-bedroom, two-bath residences are available in either the 1,161-plus-square-foot plan for $1,850 per month or the 1,162-plus-square-foot plan for $2,050 per month.

A handy elevator quickly takes you to the community laundry, if you wish, or any of the other amenities located in the building, such as the fitness room or clubhouse. For those who prefer outdoor recreational activities, a pool and tennis court are conveniently located on site.

The property is secured by controlled access, and there's 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Vehicle and bicycle parking, both covered and surface, is included in the rent. Visitors can conveniently park near the front entrance. Pets are welcome, and tenants are encouraged to check to make sure their companions meet all restriction requirements. The management wants to make sure that you and your pets are satisfied and can enjoy all the comforts of living in the community.

North Quincy Neighborhood

A neighborhood of Quincy proper, North Quincy, originally known as Billings Plain, also includes the Atlantic and Norfolk Downs neighborhoods. The largest beach of Boston Harbor, Wollaston Beach, is located in North Quincy. Under the care of the Friends of Wollaston Beach (FWB) and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), the public beach includes around 23 miles of shoreline and features a sea wall, continuous walkway, concession stands, park areas and vehicle parking. Visitors to the beach can enjoy scenic views of the Edison Power Plant in South Boston, Houghs Neck, Squantum, the HULL1 and HULL2 wind turbines, and the Boston Harbor islands of Long, Georges, Moon, Peddocks, Spectacle and the one-half-acre Hangman Island. The FWB regularly schedules events and fundraisers to support the beach. Boaters and fishers take part in several annual sailing and fishing tournaments.

Founded in 1890, the Squantum Yacht Club is located at Wollaston Beach. Created to promote sailing and boatmanship, the club is a cooperative owned by sailors and power boaters. Each July, the club hosts the Lipton Cup Regatta. Overlooking the gorgeous Quincy Bay and Boston skyline, the Squantum clubhouse features a comfortable lounge with large-screen TV and bar. Junior members can gather privately in the own separate room. The 125-person-capacity upstairs function room is an ideal venue for club events or weddings, school functions or other special events. The room features a beautiful deck that overlooks Quincy Bay and the Boston skyline. There's also a popular ground-level deck, where club members and their guests can watch the races or just relax viewing the awesome New England sunsets.

Squantum's Junior membership program is open to boys and girls from twelve to eighteen years old. Some popular Junior events include the Junior's Dinner, the island picnic and the annual Junior's Dance held on the Friday night of Quincy Bay Race Week.

A U.S. Department of Homeland Security wind and weather station is located at Squantum. In addition, the Quincy Police Department and U.S. Coast Guard use Squantum and its floats to access the shore in the event of emergencies.

North Quincy was originally marshland drained by the Neponset River. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is one of the neighborhood's major employers.

Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, Quincy Shore Drive is one of many historic parkways constructed to provide access to Boston's beaches and parks. The four-mile road was built between 1903 and 1907 and opened to the public in 1908. The parkway's northernmost point intersects Massachusetts Route 3A, or Hancock Street, and reaches its southernmost point at Sea Street. Between these points, the road follows the shore, then runs through residential areas and Wollaston Beach Reservation city park.

Located on East Squantum Street between Hancock Street and Newport Avenue, the North Quincy MBTA Station features 1,192 parking spaces, 26 of which are handicapped accessible, as are the elevator and escalator. There are also 43 bicycle spaces.

Residents of the North Quincy area have a wide range of eateries from which to choose to satisfy their hunger. Located on Billings Road, one such popular spot is Balducci's House of Pizza, who feature fresh, affordable Italian cuisine. Their hand-tossed pizzas include the finest grande cheese and extra-virgin olive oil and are available in traditional, classic, specialty or fresh white pizzas minus the tomato sauce.

Also featuring fine grande cheese, Balducci's calzones make the pizza-eating experience easy and include choices from classic to the customized "create-your-own" options.

Over a quarter century of experience creating Italian dinners has made Balducci's a popular eating spot in North Quincy. Ranging from traditional pasta to chicken dishes, all dinners include bread and butter or a side of garlic bread.

Maybe you'd prefer a hearty Italian sandwich. Balducci's serves hot or cold subs, specialty wraps and such classic sandwiches as grilled cheese and quarter-pound cheeseburgers. Both the cheeseburger basket and club sandwich come with a bonus serving of French fries.

To top off your meal at Balducci's, you can delight yourself in such popular mouth-watering desserts as key lime or Boston crème pie or a chocolate mousse cup.
