The town of Burlington sits on Route 128 exactly between the cities of Boston and Lowell, and it currently has a population of 24,500 people. Although the origin of the town's name is in dispute with two possible sources, all accounts agree that it was first incorporated in 1799. Burlington has six schools in its public school district, and students from here can also go to Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in nearby Billerica. Four MBTA bus routes go through town as do buses from the Lowell Regional Transit Authority. Interstate 95 and U.S. Highway 3 also run through this community, so it's easy for residents to get just about anywhere in eastern Massachusetts. People often travel down to Boston for work or play.

Larger spaces have three bedrooms, but all 312 units have updated kitchens and baths, individual washer/dryers, and access to the community's many amenities. Leases here can range from 3-12 months.
