The Building's Features
The structure's walls contain insulation with a thickness of one inch, and the ceiling's insulation has a thickness of at least four inches. The height of every ceiling is approximately 9.5 feet.
Each window has especially thick glass that prevents heat from exiting the suite, and every window is equipped with a screen. Moreover, the trim of the windows is encased in drywall.
The Kitchen and the Living Room
The apartments feature cabinets with a height of 36 inches, and most of these cupboards are made of cherry. The cabinets contain shelves that are fully adjustable. Each suite is equipped with a stove that features four burners and uses gas, and the kitchen contains a sizable microwave and a refrigerator that has a width of 36 inches. Furthermore, the sinks are equipped with waste disposal units.
The living rooms have hardwood floors, and new carpeting has recently been installed in each bedroom. Guests will also enjoy couches that are made of leather and tables with glass tops.
The Restrooms
Every bathroom's tile is made of ceramic, and the tub consists of fiberglass. The lower section of the wall features tile that has an Italian style, and the upper part of the wall consists of concrete. The showerhead and the faucet are made of chrome.
Vital Appliances and Electricity
Every suite contains a washer, a dryer and a water heater. The central air conditioning allows the resident to modify the temperature of individual rooms, and each apartment is connected to a compressor that is positioned on the roof.
The Balconies
The suites feature balconies that are made of concrete, and the overhangs have several chairs. The doors of every balcony consist of glass, and the edges of the doors have been insulated with metal.
The Gym and the Yoga Room
Tenants can use a fitness center that has a wide variety of dumbbells, barbells, bikes and treadmills. Additionally, the gym contains medicine balls and several types of resistance bands.
The large yoga room is equipped with sizable mirrors. The overhead lights can be dimmed, and 35 residents are able to comfortably use the room at the same time.
The Garage
Two parking spaces will be assigned to every tenant. Residents will receive an electronic card that allows them to access the underground garage.
The Property's Foliage
The main walkway is flanked by trees and by flowers, and the path features numerous benches. Small shrubs are also positioned near the front of the structure.
Atlantis Marina's Docks
Situated next to the apartment complex, the slips are able to accommodate boats that have a length of 100 feet. Every dock is equipped with a generator that supplies between 30 amps and 50 amps of electricity. The slips are open year-round, and during the winter, Atlantis Marina provides a steady flow of hot, running water to each vessel.
Dogs may not live in the apartments, yet the harbor's central walkway features a section for canines. Moreover, dogs are allowed to walk on the piers.
The Prices
The rent for a suite with one bedroom is generally $2,350, and the monthly price for a two-bedroom apartment is $2,500. Each floor contains 11 suites with unique layouts. The largest unit has an area of 1,972 square feet.

Tenants have easy access to the Ingleside Park and to the basketball courts that are positioned on Walden Street. Guests commonly visit Boston Harbor's islands, which have a total area of 1,432 acres. Residents are also in close proximity to numerous museums, such as the USS Constitution Museum, Harvard Museum of Art and Harvard Museum of Natural History.
Roads and Transportation
The apartment complex is positioned within one mile of Route 145, which allows drivers to easily access Interstate 90. From Winthrop, guests can travel southward on this highway in order to reach the Boston Logan International Airport.
Residents are within walking distance of several subway stations, and the nearest stop is located on Saratoga Street. A separate station is close to the corner of Bennington Street and Leverett Avenue.
